Hi! At some point in our company we had a question: how to stay competitive when the market is changing literally every month? We started analyzing what could be improved and came across the concept of corporate architecture. We decided to try to implement it so that all business processes would become more coherent. One of the results was that we started bringing new products to market faster. This gave us a head start over our competitors. What is it like for you? Do you use something similar?
This is an interesting topic! I always thought enterprise architecture was more suited for large corporations, but I can see that its implementation can be useful for smaller companies as well. If it helps to save time and speed up processes, why not? I'd be glad to hear more case studies!
