Here are some ways you can help Descendants

Attend a Descendants event!

Throughout each year we run a series of events and these really don’t work without strong attendance.

Our events are always entertaining and also educational. Often the children we support get an opportunity to show their skills and creativity.

Volunteer with us

We rely 100% on the kindness of volunteers who give us their time to support our activities with the children or supporting the organisation behind the scenes with administrative and other tasks such as fundraising. 

We are always looking for good volunteers, who can consistently donate a small amount of time to help us. 

Perhaps you have a special skill that we can develop into a project for the children?

Could you share your stories, knowledge and experiences as an inspirational guest speaker?

Be a corporate sponsor!

We have a number of corporate sponsors who help us by donating resources and time.

We are always looking for new sponsors to help us run the club and hold events for the children.

You could supply expertise and/or equipment such as computers and tablets for our children to use. or give them an insight to the wold of work!

You may have gathered, we are a charity, we simply cannot function without the kind donations of the general public!

We gratefully accept any money you can donate, no matter how small and it will be used to help fund our programme of activities for children.

We appreciate that money is hard to come by, so we do not waste it!
